I've decided to sell my 2007 Saleen Parnelli Jones Super Shaker car. According to the Saleen forums there are only 29 of the PJ cars that have the Super Shaker (super charger) kit. This is car #358 of the total 500 PJ car build.

I work for a Ford dealership and sold the car new to the original owner. He was retiring and bought it for himself as his retirement gift. He had us do the Super Shaker install for him.

I bought the car from him about 2 years ago.

Car is bone stock and was only ever driven on nice summer days.

Has about 15,200 miles on it. Car was babied so much that it still has the original tires which are in pretty good shape.

I have the entire paperwork trail on this car from ordering documents, invoice, Saleen bill of sale, original purchase documents, repair order for the Super Shaker installation and the original Parnelli Jones sales brochure.

I also have all of the stock components removed when the Super Shaker kit was installed.

What are the date stamps on the tires? Regardless of the tread, they probably need replaced.

Probably 06' or 07'. Tires show no dry rot what so ever. Car has barely spent and time in the sun light.

It doesn't really matter. But to each their own.

Good luck with the sale!

Wow, really cool car. I got close to buying a PJ but didn't realize there was this Super Shaker option.

Good luck with your sale!

I'd always loved these cars since we got the first one. I love the look of the car and the sound. They do a stroker kit to make the motor a true 302, port the heads and do cams. So it's got an awesome exhaust sound.

Problem for me was the price. This car sold for $62,xxx new and then he put $12,000 in it here when we put the blower and shift light on. So he had well over $75k in the car after taxes. I think the cost of the Super Shaker kit is what deterred most people from adding it to their car.

We actually sold two of the PJ cars new. The other guys still has his but without the Super Shaker option.

Nice car. I have #372. 5,400 miles. Going to give it to my kid when his frontal cortex fully matures.

Good luck.

Good luck.

The guy that bought my car new bought it for his retirement gift to himself. His plan was to leave it for his son when he dies. Son lives right next door to his parents and never even drove the car. I know the son and have also sold him cars for probably 20 years. The son told his dad he had absolutely no interest in the car. That's why the father eventually sold the car.

Just an FYI I'll have the car in the For Sale Corral at the All Ford Nationals in Carlisle Pa this weekend.
