^^^ this is very true. Plus I didn't want to piece this together. I know all these parts are meant to work together so there shouldn't be any issues. Not to mention the fore stuff is very top notch and looks great too :D

so its finally all back together. life got in the way so it took a little longer than expected. the blower swap was easy, the return system not as much. part my own fault for changing the set up after i already received everything. would like to give a big thanks to justin fore for being so easy to work with and answering all my questions, jason roth (trbovnm) for great prices on everything and for also answering all my questions and for listening to me bitch and kevin (04 sleeper) for bringing it all together.
i got my start up tune from kevin (04sleeper) and it fired right up and idled great. hopefully i can do some logging on wednesday and get it dialed in on 93. then ill swap to bigger injectors and do some e85 tuning and really bring it to life. here are some finished shots

and i thought this shot was pretty cool, you can see how much flow you get from the racebronco/tf carbon fiber hood

Looks great, congrats on getting it all together. Do you have a link to the power coat you used on your tanks? Thanks

Looks awesome man. Congrats on getting it done. And you're welcome. Where else are you going to get help 7 days a week at almost any time of the day? LOL I don't mind the questions or helping.

the coolant is a canton and the i/c is moroso. its the powder that both those companies use. they look slightly different when you get up close but you cant tell from a few feet away

Came out great! Nice n tidy under the hood. Glad it fired right up, looking forward to your driving impressions once 04sleeper starts working out the WOT part of the tune. Any plans to dyno the gas tune? Would love to see the overlay of the finished gas and E85 tunes

I would like to get the 93 tune on the dyno, just not sure I'm going to have enough time. I'm curious myself to see the power difference

Is there a new gt500 inlet/throttle body that puts the iac on top of the inlet?

The Gen 2 inlet that I believe started at the same time as the Gen 2 blower puts the IAC in the stock location. It still has the casting on the side for the IAC on the rear but it isn't machined for it. The Newer Gen 2 elbows require the Newer Gen 2 GT500 TB with the IAC machined into it.

Mine comes in tomorrow. I was expecting to see the iac on the side but with these pics I hope it's in the stock location so I don't have to drill the intake.

If you ordered new it should be my TVS came with the Gen 2 inlet and I think that was almost 2 years ago now. When I ordered my Gen 2 TVS I had to wait almost a month for the inlets because they weren't available. I assume since that time its been all Gen 2 inlets.

"stock inlet and throttle body to gt500 inlet and throttlebody" I thought the GT500 inlet and TB had the IAC on the back side of the inlet as well? I might be a little upset if they change this since I wanted that TB but didnt want all the relocation stuff.

Yes this is the new gen 2 set up which has the iac on the top. There is still a casting mark on the back where the older ones have the iac. Installed easy so I don't mind.
So far I'm very happy with the set up. Working in tuning right now but you can hear the difference in the amount of air it's sucking in. Hopefully I'm done soon so I can enjoy it

Nope the gen 2 is just like factory now as far as the gt500 inlet elbow. The inlet bolts right on like factory, and the iac does as well with no mods required for it.

The only thing the tvs lacks now is mounts for the stock EGR sensor bracket. Yes the tvs is now setup to be able to use EGR but theres no provision to bolt the bracket to the blower so it requires some work.

couple small updates.
first i took my initial datalogs and sent them over to kevin. now i waiting on the revisions and my next steps with tuning
and while ive been waiting i decided to pretty it up a little. i swapped out my "powered by svt" coil covers and put in some "powered by ford" ones. right now they are just the factory silver powder but ill eventually customize them. im thinking polished with painted letters or something
and if i polish them it will go great with my newly polished TVS pulley. i did the snout and pulley on my 2.3 whipple so i had to do it to this one too. i think it came out great and really ties into the 4 polished idlers. i tried to do it exactly like the metcos so they look the same.
here are some pics of todays work:
cant really see the polishing to well here

spent the day data logging and getting tune revisions from kevin, what a beast. I'm not quite done yet but man does this thing pull like a train! seeing right at 19lbs with the 3.2 upper and 4lb lower with midlength headers. I'm not of the specs on the tune yet but whatever they are its working. will update when I'm finished tuning with 93. then hopefully ill be moving up to the corn around april/may
