Starting to think that you don't understand the difference between a short block and a block. The link that you just provided is for an 11 to 14 GT Mustang and it is a short block with Manley and Mahle components called the Alluminator; however, they are now using the block from a 15 GT. You can still get the Alluminator short block for your 2011-2014 GT ( which u proved by the link u provided) which is A different part then the stock 2015 shortblock that comes with a new 2015 GT which is not as strong as the Alluminator. Ugh
I don't understand the point in trying to point out that you can't get the 11 to 14 block anymore. Who cares.
The point is you can't get a '14 shortblock so people are asking if a '15 will work. This thread is to answer questions what is needed to, if possible, to put a production '15 shortblock or longblock in a 11-14 mustang. With the angle of the filter there were questions if it would fit. Seems that question has been answered since it has been done. As far as the longblock goes do you just need to change the cams? Again question that people are asking and hoping someone has answers

I was all set to buy the Aluminator shortblock at Christmas and found out they were gone. At that time with going to the new block and different filter angle I didn't know if it would go in my car. That is why we need a thread to answer what is needed
