do tell!! that would be great[/QUOTE]

I run the Alkycontrol kit, simple set up and controls.
It is easy to watch on my Ngauge if I am getting any knock at all. When I set it up I turned up the boost till I was getting knock. I then turned on the meth at a low setting and the knock went away. I then turned up the boost a pound at a time and increased the meth as I went. I am currently at 14psi on 91 with no knock what so ever. Plus as an added bonus it brings IATs waaaay down when in boost.

Good times!
I would think you could at least turn it up to 10 psi with some 100 octane in the tank. Would be interesting to see what an extra 2 psi or so of boost would do.

I went back to my stock shifter from a Barton. I like the stock one more, honestly.

I definitely think ill go back and run it on 10 psi. Might even mix in a few gallons of e85 to the mix.

This past outing I also switched back to stock rear springs. I cut 1 1/8 coil off of each and absolutely LOVE how the car rides/drives.

It lifted it just under 1/2 inch versus the Steeda sports and the car seemed to hook harder with them.

Sorry I couldn't make it out there. I was wondering what the wind was like at the track, it was pretty crazy here in Ventura county. Did you catch any heat from the track officials about safety equipment?

Dude it awful. So awful. It was almost a dead headwind...

At one point it was blowing so hard it was knocking everyone's lawn chairs over.

They ended up shutting it down completely.

They didn't say anything to me about running too fast with no cage. Maybe it was due to being a TNT event?

We'll have to get up to Bakersfield. From what the Fontana regulars tell me, just not running at Fontana is good for 2 tenths. We'll see

That's the first I have seen somebody do that, my stocker just has this almost rubber feel I hate. I really want the mgw race but I can't bring myself to spend $500 on a shifter

If you can, go test drive somebody that has one installed. I can tell you from first hand experience that it is worth the cost.

I switched from the barton back to the stock one also. The barton is too notchy when just cruising around.

Hey guys!! How is the exhaust wrap holding up? I know that may be a stupid question but I've read both arguments for and against wrapping, especially with On3 kits.

Thanks in advance!!
