Nice thread wish I would've read it before I started modding, live and learn.

My biggest regret, I have to say is the RXT twin disc. I love the pedal effort and the way it grabs, but I am sick of the chatter and the rattles coming from my tranny. My car sound like junk from the inside. (maybe I have a bad install as Malcom mentioned previously )

My second regret (still trying to evaluate, I believe tires have something to do with it?) is the FTBR 5001 Kit, I still to this day get wheel hop when I hit 2nd gear to hard, I wont even try to launch hard in 1st.

my biggest regret is def going with the team z k member. Its awesome quality but they offset the rack mounting points towards the passenger side and that caused all kinds of issues with 1 7/8" headers and steering shaft clearance.

Yeah, was surprised to see some of the ported Eaton disappointments. I have a Posi ported Eaton, and I have been super happy with it the last 4 years. Now, time to step up to VMP TVS and go for more.

I loved my ported Eaton back in the day. Man trying to remember, think I ran it for 5 or 6 years. Best screaming bang for the buck.

I usually try to keep all the original parts off my car, but I would be willing to trade you my original Stieg ported blower for the Crusher Malcolm.

That's a strong possibility!

What rear springs, shocks and tires (and pressures) are you running?

Check your rear tie rods! You might be surprised. I didn't think so either until I pulled them out and they were bent.

When was the last time you checked your transmission mount ?
I had what I thought was chatter , turns out it was my transmission mount. The stock one has two rubber straps rivet in , one of mine was ripped

Steel braided fuel lines. They cut, pierce and rip your skin apart. Oh, don't get me started when it comes to routing them for a clean look, that shit is impossible and when they start leaking, its a 102-point sprinkler system.

Now, nylon lines, I love them. Shit now my fuel likes are routed the way I want for an extra clean look.

That's an interesting one. Which steel braided fuel lines specifically did you have so much trouble with? I always use Fore's PTFE steel braided line and flexibility is really good, never leaked a drop on any fuel systems I've ever done and honestly can't say I ever cut myself on it.
