I'm at a loss here. I just did some data logging and doing a 3rd gear pull at a measly 3k rpms I have the passenger side tire rubbing. I rolled the fenders about a month ago because of this. I rolled them from about 10 to 1 o'clock or so. I was told that most of the rubbing is farther back towards the rear bumper.

Anything else I should look for? Only does it on passenger side.

I'm actually getting to the point of selling my TF wheels and just buying some AFS cobra wheels. Maybe go back to a 17" for more sidewall.

Brady, does the right wheel stick out further than left? Sure appears to be sticking out pass the top of the fender quite a bit. Could just be the angle of the pic though. Nice looking car you have there

Think it's just the angle, but I'll look again.

wheels are nice, sucks about the issues your having with the rubbing, is it a offset issue?

Steve told me it's the common fender flush offset. I do know I rolled the fender quite a bit in on passenger side. It's never rubbed on driver's side.

Here you can see some of the fender area that's rolled.

That sucks man. I rolled my fenders pretty good and since it very rarely rubs. My car is also lower than yours, h&r sports with no isos. Also run a 315 on an 11" TF fender flush wheel. Maybe the IRS isn't centered? I contacted Bruce about this and there isn't a whole lot than can be done like a solid axle car. I'd try rolling them more, all the way to where the rear bumper meets. Go from there

I have them rolled up quite a bit. And pretty much have them rolled to the rear bumper. This is why I initially wanted 18x10's. I'll likely set these aside, maybe use them for shows. Or sell them.

Is your suspension, shock, bushing in good shape? Like the other said the IRS might not be centered.

I know that my MM CO will be stiffer then your H&R spring, but look at my last year setup, alot lower and pretty much the same offset and it rubbed only over big bumps (I know its the driver side, but in my case both side were not rubing that much).

How do I verify if my shocks are in good condition? I never gave coilovers much thought, I wouldn't even know what to look for.

If I remember right your car had about 40k on it right? Your shocks should be fine. I would just call up MM and talk about a coil set up. they will get you all set up with spring rates and all. They were great when I went coils up front.

Almost 28k on the car, thanks I may give them a call. I just would be worried about doing the whole coilovers and still have rubbing.

Here's the question, if you look and take pics, does the offset appear the same on both sides, or can you see that it's sticking out further on the passenger side? If it appears even it could be your shock on that side.
