Good progress. Congrats on the first startup--that's always a good feeling.

Are you not running A/C on the car? I see the bolts missing in the ATI balancer in one of your pics but I see the compressor is still in place

Yeah he has AC. The ones missing are the ones if you were to mount something to the front, like a sprocket for a crank sensor.
There are still 6 in there. 3 counter sunk and 3 "12 point." Can't remember which are which, but 3 hold the hub to the balancer and 3 hold the back pulley for AC

That seems odd. My ATI came with 12 bolts. 6 countersunk and 6 12 point bolts. Looks like a few are missing in the pics from this thread. I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, I would just hate to see something go wrong if it's not installed correctly.

On the dyno!! First numbers are in 670rwh around 5-6 lbs... 780rwh on 8-9ish.... Dyno is reading boost a little higher then on my gauges. Still on low conservative timing. We are adding more right now

Pic/ go pro videos and dyno chart will come tonight

Holy shit! E85? Was this with cut out open or closed?

Well Finished up on the dyno, Didnt get the time to crank her up to much. Was dealing with a bad bleeder style boost controller. Tried to get away with it till the auto is finished and get my AMS200. But pulling the trigger on a E-boost for the street and to fix the Boost fall off. Should be at 820+ at 11-12 psi once we rev farther and get the boost to not drop 1.8 psi. Tune is still on safe side till we lock in the boost. Im planning another dyno run next week to finish everything off. Im running the 11:1, Stock heads, MMR valve springs, E85

Nice power--car sounds amazing. Nicely done

I just noticed you have a hose clamp over the big nipple on the boss intake..good idea.. I might need to do that as well. I just have the cap 'snug' by itself..lol

I checked the and the bolts were definitely different for the last set of holes and wouldn't fit. Description on their site says it has "extra holes for popular blower pullies." I'll have to call and ask to make sure. The shank was too long on the last three bolts to be installed. Bolting an extra blower pulley on there would have made perfect sense.

That was the first full pull where boost didn't plummet. Non race cover and the older 75mm technology I had sitting on the shelf along w some other old prototype parts lol. This is the "get used to the power and don't kill yourself" setup befoe the auto swap and intercooler change. Pretty it up and put the blanket on. We'll flatten the boost and add some timing. We should see a good 850rwhp on 11psi I think.

Ya, I'm just going off my own experience and what's on my car. Maybe its a different pulley or something, idk. I just ordered it from summit (with a/c).

Yeah, I ordered the Ati form summit too. There was 2 to chose from.I got the OEM size one since im no longer supercharged. no need to spin anything faster lol. cant wait to getmy eboost2 hooked up. Happy with how fast the turbo is spooling for a "scary T6". 500 ft/lb at 3750 rpm is twin turbo spool up territory and this was with a bleeder boost controller lol

Didnt post this last week but just wanted to show the difference of my old setup vs the new setup with the same boost. Old setup was a Paxton 2200SL with ID1000 and 3.33 Pulley with a Torque booster set to 10 lbs... My new setup is still not finished but wanted to share my results as im still waiting for my tune to be finished.

Badass and still more to come! Huge difference in mid-range power.

Final number are in on my 75mm, Shaun worked his magic and pulled some crazy power outta low PSI

813rwh/ 695 ft/lbs 10 psi

890rwh/ 800 ft/lbs 13 Psi

935rwh/ 825 ft/lbs 15.5 spi

All through my exhaust and air filter still on! This is just my test turbo setup till I figure out how the hell to put this power down! Air to water intercooler and a 84mm turbo is waiting for the auto swap!
