well i bought the blower from this guy. I went through paypal non-gift and i paid paypal with my amex so i can dispute through both companies. Not sure if i should dispute right away or wait to see if he has a tracking number for me tomorrow like he says he will.

Be sure to have the blower thoroughly inspected. The seller has the same IP address as another banned user. He was banned for selling a broke whipple supercharger and not refunding the money.

Crap!The last time he sold a Whipple,he lied to paypal and blamed the buyer for changing out the rotors.It was long and drawn out.If it is the same guy,you're in for a ride,but at least you used your Amex and did not gift....good luck bud!tomshaze was the guy who bought from Seer,who is banned and has the same I.P. address.The thread is here:

UPDATE: I put a claim to paypal last night. I was refunded this morning. Guy never responded to my emails asking if it was a scam. Thanks for the help guy's you saved me a big headache. Just went and orderded a TVS from VMP.

I want to throw this out there. There are some stand up sellers here. I just bought a 13 tvs blower from a member here. When it got here I noticed there was oil leaking from the snout. So I contacted him and he said he would split the cost to rebuilt it with steige $395 or refund my full amount and he would have it rebuilt and sell it.
