Hey svtp, I have some C heads from a 04 Aviator. They are the revised 9 thread "DB" casted heads. Unknown mileage but the motor was running before they were taken off. Nothing has been done to them and selling AS-IS. Pics and more info in the link, thanks for looking. Toss me your offers if youre interested, worst I can say is no :beer:

I dont want to tell you the wrong thing but from my understanding all the vehicles used the same heads. Like the heads used on the mach1 are the same heads on the cobra which also goes for the aviator. I believe the mach and the cobra used the same cams BUT im not sure about the aviator. The only info I can find is about the casting numbers and it seems like the same head is used for all the vehicles. The info I found

Absolutely not. This has been brought up a ton of times...

The only way you will know if you have "updated" heads is to look at the casting number!!

The 2C5E-6C064-AF & AG castings were the earliest heads, with four plug threads. Some have the blue paint, some do not.
The 2C5E-6C064-DA head was the first update to the driver's side (also with four threads). Some have the blue paint, some do not.
The 2C5E-6C064-DB head came out for '04 and had nine plug threads.
The 2C5E-6C064-DC head was the final '05 revision and also the FRPP head.
