Hey guys, I have a thread up on Mustang Forums but i figured I'd post here as well. For sale is my set of Vossen CV3's. They have been on the car for about 7k miles. As you can see from the pictures, there is one wheel that has a minor bend in the lip. It holds air and I have not had any problems with it. The specs are 20x10.5 et +45, and 20x9 et +32 with Nitto Invo 285/30 r20 and 255/35 r20 respectively, and they do not have TPMS. (neglected to get it when i ordered them) I am asking $2200 plus shipping, local pickup would be optimal though. The wheels look amazing in my opinion but I am trading the car in so they have to go :/. Thanks for looking!

did you get a quote on how much to repair that wheel and have the tire checked for damage? just wondering because the last time i bent a wheel like that i had a belt separation in the tire and a hairline crack in the wheel lip (it held air).

Honestly I never thought to get it checked because it held air but thats good to know, I was going to get a quote and things got a little hectic (moving into a new house) and it went by the way side, but thanks for the advice!

Are they not covered under vossens warranty for the bend? Like a structural warranty ?

most wheel manufactures and companies have a time on structural warranty. look at AM they carry a lifetime structural warranty.

Vossen Wheels

I agree. These wheels are too expensive not to at least try to get them to cover it. Shit, I know if that happens to one of mine, I'll be on the phone with them ASAP.

Damn, I've been wanting these wheels for a while now and I never saw them for sale this close to me. Interested in any trades + cash?

Nah to be honest I'm just looking to get rid of them, if your close and we could do a pickup maybe we could negotiate on the price a little, i just moved into a new house and could use the $$

As far as the warranty it says under normal and reasonable use, so it may cover accidental damage like potholes who knows. Ill give them a call and go from there, thanks for all the responses.

Reread the link you posted up, it's a lifetime structural warranty against manufacturer defect. Hitting a pothole so hard it bends the wheels is not manufacturer defect it's just an unfortunate accident.

Don't get me wrong, it's definitely worth a call to see if it will be warrantied, but I wouldn't count on it

The fact that some of you would try to have a wheel warrantied because it smacked a pothole so badly it bend, shows a lot about your character.
