Im thinking of buying an A1000 fuel pump for my T76 Mach just wanted to know how much HP it can support on E85. Ive read that it could handle from the 650-800 HP range but im not positive. Im looking to make at least 700hp is this possible/safe? Anyone out there have any info on this? I'd appreciate the info thanks.

Their website says "Up TO 1000 HP" with FI. This would be on gas.
Aeromotive*|*11101 - A1000 Fuel Pump

Summit Racing rates these pumps at 600 lbs per hour.

These are the pumps that started it all. These A1000 fuel pumps are durable, reliable, and good looking, and they support high horsepower. Featuring a 600 lbs./hr. flow rate at 13.5 V and 45 psi, they are perfect for the daily driver that doesn't run like a daily driver.

Here is the conversion for liters per hour:
Amount : 600.00 pounds per hour - Gasoline (lb/hr)
Equals : 368.11 liters per hour (l/hr)

So the pump only puts out 368 liters per hour. That's not much for a single pump on E85.

Maybe the pumps are under rated?

I know of plenty of E85 cars on a single A1000 without an issue pushing over 750. Fuelab is the other company that would be something to look at

That's good to know cause I'm looking to make max 750hp ill probably be around 700 I'm sure the a1000 will be fine then, if not ill have to get the eliminator. Thanks for Insight.

It'll make around 700 rwhp on e85 at 90% duty cycle, which is about as much as I would push it on my personal vehicle.

Yea you can run a fuel cooler if you're that worried about it. But I'm just saying I've had this pump for a few years now with no issues.. :)

I dont run e85 but I used to daily drive my car with one and would make 2-3 hour round trips no problems (I have a stock tank with a sump about 10 gallons of gas at least all the time though)
