Hey guys I know hit the brake and gas LOL. But I could not break the tires loose last night. I hold the traction control button for 7seconds or just push it and turn off Traction Control. Ran a 13.1 at 111 with a 2.19 60ft LOL

Missed the Lightning bad.

If your tires couldn't break loose than you were pushing the brake too hard. I push my brake down. Start to apply gas and when i feel like its about to get loose i start to let the brake out a little.

I keep hearing that the 2013 has some sort of limiter in it that is causing them to bog when launched or trying to do burnouts. Still waiting to see some valid info though!

A dood over on modularfords advised that the traction control does not fully disengage on the 2013 autos for some reason. Pulling an abs sensor or the fuse should do it for the track, but then you lose your ABS as well :/

It has whats called BOA, brake over accelerator. Any time brake is pressed it will defeat the throttle. You can thank Toyota for that one. Ford has messages about hesitation resulting from 2 foot drivers.

My old Jeep SRT8 was like that. It ran better when I pulled a fuse.

Pfft on my manual I just throw it in second let of the clutch and those baby's just spin creating a nice cloud of smoke behind me. Wouldn't the same happen in the auto if you just hit the gas?

Never owned an auto performance car

You just think you have problems now..... My 11 burns them off too,but you have to turn the TC off..If this is a TC issue, buying a manual will not solve your problem.

Yeah I kinda noticed it breaks them loose only if I turn TC off. If i hold the TC for a bot and turn off Advancetrac it doesn't want to break em loose.

I meant to quote this guys post in the post I wrote. I was more or less asking if what I typed is what he was experiancing. After looking at my post, I guess I could see how one would think I was asking how the TC/AT operated.

Im on my second 5.0, I dont need the manual to know how to disable my TC or advance track. Considering the OP has a 13', there may be a chance Ford changed the TC/AT settings(Which they obviously did) because 13's wont properly power break opposed to the 11/12's.

Just for shits and gigs. Is the manual pic you posted even for a 13' model?

I did a slight burnout in both settings; TC off and AdvanceTrac off... Mine is a late 2012.
