Coolant Cross Over Delete by MMR

These Fittings allow you to remove the Coolant crossover metal pipe on ALL 4V applications. Radiator Hose Fitting has 2 threaded holes on top and bottom for factory and aftermarket water temp sensors - central location gives true coolant temps, not just left or right bank. All fittings use -12 AN size - no leak prone NPT fittings like the copy cat kits. Integrated hold town tabs on cylinder head fittings prevent spinning when tightening not cheesy stamped plate that the other guys use. Includes all parts shown. Great for custom applications where plumbing space restrictions exist. Can be used with Braided or Pushlock style hose and fittings. Available with or without radiator fill/cap adapter. Factory radiator hose barb size allows mounting in any location including directly to the radiator . Upon request also available with AN16 instead of Hose Barb. 100% CNC Machined and USA Made by MMR

Inline Thermostat housings with bypass also now available

FITS ALL 4V applications

Also now available for:
2005-2010 3V
2011-2015 5.0 TiVCT

Kit includes multiple schematics for plumbing options.

I was looking at those last night. But the one I want to do is the rear head cooling mod where you take the freeze plugs out. I want to use -12 lines. What type of lines do you use, push-loc?

Correct, with the mach one you have to grind a small portion of the flange away at the rear (VERY EASY) and then our kit goes into the ports, no more T-ing into the heater hose like the other kits on the market or strugling with getting behind the heads (very hard to do with the engine in the car).

Thats what I thought. good thing my motor is out of the car right now. I have to put a new freeze plug in the old head cooling mod hole. How long will it take to ship and get to 76053? I figure I'll order it next week.

do you have a setup that has a fill cap AND a thermostat housing for the upper hose? in other words i am looking to relocate my thermostat to the upper rad hose AND incorporate a fill cap. i want to run an overflow tank as opposed to the factory surge tank. thanks

I have a couple questions I am running the stock setup right now and the radiator hose is Laying on top of my passenger turbo and I hate that. I am still running a thermostat down low because its a street car. I would love to get rid of the metal crossover tube and big rubber hose. Do you make a kit that would still allow the thermostat to be used? And also is the size of the lines (-12)in your kit big enough to flow just like the stock setup?

Yes, the thermostat can still be retained with this kit in either the stock lower location or using the MMR remote thermostat housing shown below in any location:
