So the calipers are 500, rotors and hubs are $600.
What is the point when complete Saleen kit can be purchased for $1200 ?

am i missing something here ?

The point is some people want the Genuine Brembo calipers that come on the production cars from the factory to make it look like the factory option. Maybe they don't want Saleen calipers on thier car! Maybe they don't like Saleen.

That's the point! :read:

Still have some of these? What's the difference between these and the GT500 ones?
Also, ince you only sell the calipers, where can I get the other parts?

Yes I have a pair in stock.

The only difference between these and the ones on the GT 500 are the paint finish. The GT 500 calipers have a glossy black paint and white lettering and these are the 2011 and up Brembo option calipers and they have a matte dark grey finish with a reddish orange lettering.

If you're looking for a performance increase in regards to a rotor upgrade, you can save a significant amount of front unsprung weight along with rotating mass by upgrading to our 2 pc lightweight rotors found on our site:

S-197 Brakes

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Bruce.
Here's a pic of the front Brembo calipers and 2 piece rotors Bruce has available installed. The swap took me about a hour including bleeding and is very straight forward.

*don't pay attention to the vain direction, was test fitting in this pic*

Drew:

That looks very nice. Love the color of your car!

You're going to notice a significant difference in braking performance once those pads and rotors are properly bedded.

Enjoy!

I sold my last pair but have two more sets already on the way.

I can now offer new pad attaching hardware kits for $26 per caliper. (one per caliper, $52 total)

Pads can be had for $160 for the set of four. OEM Brembo rotors would be $155 each. See my post above for our reduced weight/increased performance rotors.

No extra charge for shipping pads or hardware kits but the addition of rotors would add $40 in freight cost.

Any chance of getting the gt500 glossy finished ones for the same deal? The matte is starting to look crappy and faded after only 8500 miles, figured I'd switch to the glossy and it would hold up better...

I do have a set but the cost would be significantly more.

$300 more. :( **EDIT** Make that about $200 more. I'd actually have to confirm firm current pricing if you're interested.
