Finally put the order in for a Boss 5.0 short block and plan on holding on to my ported eaton, up the compression to 9-9.5:1 and running a 93 tune and e85 tune. Any other extra-CI. cobras out there running anything similar? I'm shooting for 600 :burnout:

What supercharger and compression are you running now, and what are you going to?

I was running a 3.4 Crusher and the current compression is 9.3-9.4:1.

The compression is going up and I might just get another 3.4 Crusher or maybe a 4.0L or retrofit a 4.5L on it. :)

But then again, I want 4 digit power or more.

Numbers on in my sig, they are SAE with a break-in tune and 17psi.. I haven't had it retuned yet, but I know it's faster than when I first got it.

Yea it's being spun to the Max RPM.. My tuner said that he thinks the T-trim is out of steam as well lol. I might try to overspin it later on down the road to see what happens. I'm going to be getting more into open tracking this year though so I'm actually going to lower the boost for the track lol. So I'm not 100% sure what to do. I think that if I drop the boost down to around 14psi I'll still be around 575ish which will be nice for the track and it'll keep the IAT's down.. That and the GT500 C&R heat exchanger I'm going to mount up.

I think twins are in your future Mr Hand.

I thought about a large set of twins(67s or bigger) or even a big single(88mm-91mm) but Id have to dump all of my 5.4 conversion stuff and it seems turbos can have odd issues. Plus I dont like the constant whistle.

I'll just stick with the PD setup and once I find the record for the highest dynoing 03 Cobra with a PD blower and no nitrous, Ill crush it.

Gotcha. I will be looking forward to seeing the results.
