Hey all.

Just bought a Harley Ultra and going to have some fun riding. Not really driving the car like I wanted to. Not too many things going on in our area, car associated.

So, I'll be listing it for sale shortly. Wanted to give MACA first shot at it.

2007 Shelby GT500 Torch Red with no stripes. Has factory navigation. 6,000 miles. Non smoker.

Has a few, very tasteful, mods on it. Drives and smells like a new car. Pulls like a freight train. Had it dyno'd in February at SGS and tuned by Dave Guy. Dyno was 573 rwhp and 575 rwtq on a safe 93 octane pump gas tune at 15.5 lbs boost. Stock, unported, blower. Believe or not, car has never been on a track, so no track numbers. I can tell you now, that from the seat of the pants, it's a high ten second car. I've had a few to compare it to.

Dynatech 1 7/8 long tube headers
3" high flow catted X pipe
SLP axle back with 3 1/2" polished tips
2.6 upper pulley
90 mm idler pulley
Innovators West 10% overdrive lower pulley
New 10 rib belt
Roush stock look larger intercooler reservoir. 3X capacity from stock
Shelby CR heat exchanger with dual fans
FRPP cold air intake
1 pc drive shaft with D/S loop
Spohn adjustable upper control arms with delrin bushings
JR adjustable lowers
FRPP FR3 suspension handling package, which includes adjustable Tokico's on all 4 corners.
KR shifter
Has a SLP line lock all wired up and complete, but switch has not been ran . Wire is under floormat waiting to be finished. Switch is all that's needed. I never tracked it, so never installed the switch.
Tires are like new.

I'll have to get some pics up. This car is beautiful. Always garaged. No salt or rain on this car.

33K. Not interested in trades at all. Title is clear and in my hands. Don't have to sell at all. The price is very fair with the nice mods on the car. Has not been molested at all. As a matter of fact, when Denice reads this, she's going to kill me !!! lol..

607-968-0647 or 717-321-5259. Both cell numbers.

Thanks for any interest or getting the info out to a friend that's looking.

Congrats on the bike! I love both of mine.

Thanks Eric. We like it. It's an 105th Anniversary Ultra. It's Copper Pearl with anniversary badging. Looks nice. Rides great. Worked 10 hours on Tuesday, then hopped on it and rode 350 miles. Got home around 10pm. Butt was a little sore. lol..

Wow...and I thought I was bad. Had mine for just about a year..and traded. Mine was more due needed the open top thing! Very cool though! A friend of mine just bought a 100th Anniversary Harley. Nice bike! I think I would like the open air bike thing...but, since I've never driven/ridden a bike I'm not going to start at 43. To scared I'll break things! LOL!

LOL. Yeah Mike, the open air is nice. It's pure ZEN when you're riding a bike along a hilltop road next to a big mountain or lake, leaning into a nice turn and coming out hard on the throttle. For me, it just clears my head.

I've ridden since I was 5. Raced motocross for 11 years. Had street bikes since I was 16. I'm the same age as you.

Haven't had a bike for the last couple years. Not a lot of time while we were working and building the new house. House is done now.. So, time for some ridin'..

On another note, I got home last night and Denice was NOT impressed to see this thread about the car. She actually told me she was mad at me for selling it..

Totally agree....top out of the vette...music up...I don't have a care in the world....

I was doing that tight turn hard on the throttle thing just yesterday in the car. It caused quite the grin on my face....

Yeah...life seems to be so busy these days....for sure.

Congrats on the bike! I just traded my '10 WideGlide for an '11 StreetGlide with the 103....I think I've driven the Cobra once since getting that bike, lol.....

You know you'll regret getting rid of the car though.....it's awful nice just seeing mine in the garage sometimes!:-D

Thanks. Has a few goodies on it, besides the chrome. Screamin Eagle exhaust, Air Intake, Tuner... 103 cough.. 103 .. lol.. Tour pack luggage rack, Kuryakin highway pegs, 3 pouch storage on windshield. Runs pretty strong. They threw in a helmet and some Kuryakin grips, not seen in this pic, but are now on. Has a MP3/Ipod hook up. Haven't tried that yet. has a CD player too. Haven't even put a CD in it yet either. The built in weartherband radio is nice. All it has been saying is, is " IT"S DAMN HOT OUTSIDE ! " LOL.. We have been getting about 42 mpg on highway with two up.

We've put close to 1,000 miles on it this week. That's with working 50 plus hors too.. lol.. Went to a local event called "Rock & Roar" this weekend. 900 bikes went on a 130 mile ride. All of the towns we entered had traffic control so we did not have to stop. It was nice. Stopped 3 times over 6 hours. Lunch and a couple more "beverage" stops. Ride this year was for Diabetes.. Very cool. Only $10.00 donation to ride and attend the event. Had two bands and a Sportster raffle. Didn't win it.. lol..

On a side note, I had a 70 year old lady on a moped next to me for a little while. It was freakin' hilarious !!

Denice and I have put more miles on the bike, together, in one week, than we have with the Shelby in 6 months..

Very nice! It's too easy to put miles on these things, lol......

My Street Glide is basically a stripped down version of yours....I can add the tour pack later if I want, but I have the same motor (103) with the Screamin Eagle Race Tuner and Heavy Breather.....plus I went with some short pipes (Vance & Hines Big Radius). Also added some other little goodies, turn signal lenses, windshield, just put some Linby bars on this weekend, and the inner fairing is getting painted to match as soon as the paint comes in. Also ordered a set of Andrews 55 cams for it.....getting those emmissions cams out of it REALLY wakes up these motors! Let me know when you are up for some riding!

Gorgeous! And I hear you on the miles. In 4 years the Vrod has nearly as many miles as my stupid Mustang has in 14, and I'd way rather hop on it than drive the Mustang.

Hey Chris,

Yep, love the Street Glide too. My second choice. As a matter of fact, I'm going to add the hardware to the tour pack to make it removable. Instant Street Glide ! Need to lower the shield too. I haven't parked it long enough, but to only change the grips and wash it off.

A 50/50 mix of water and peroxide sprayed on the bugs, and let sit for 5 minutes, workd wonders on the little protein filled martians. Just vaporizes them. Doesn't bother paint or chrome. Nice little tip from the HD Forums ! And, oven cleaner for the cooked on little guys on the pipes !

We live in Upstate NY now. I'd have to take a weekend to go for a ride with you.... HMMMMM.. Not a bad idea !
