I think your estimate is a bit high, seems more like 13% on the TR6060 from the stock dyno numbers I've seen.
I believe the fellow that was giving me the info was being conservative.

+1

Which is always a good thing. Rather have excess fuel supply then not enough. So it is good for 800rwhp, means he wont have to add the 3rd pump at the 775 level.

Before converting to E85 make sure you cover everything front to back! As in from the pumps (everything in between) to the injectors.

My setup is the complete 3 pump return style system from Lethal with 200lb injectors!

I thought my 80 pound injectors sounded like a lot. 200 pound injectors - now that is a big number.

FWIW - my Shelby made 780 @ 6500 @ 19psi, uses 166lb injectors, on E85

Car maxed 967 @ 24psi previously.

Well I was also thinking about getting my pumps changed out from the dual 255 to dual 310s by pauls hp. Already have the bap 80 lbs an cj maf on order
If you do this, please post any info you get. I hope to do the change around X-mas. I would like to get a tune for E85 and 93 octane for the cold months.

Depend on how much power your gonna make youll need at least a 30% fuel increase from running pump gas. So using bigger pumps, bigger fuel lines, and BIGGER injectors would be a must if your going after big power. But if you not im not 100% what you could get away with having and not having. In my case thats why im going with the complete system.
