What's good y'all? Been on here for a while and just retired 22 years being in the Army. Now I can enjoy my toys. What advice or threads would I need to review about my 04 Cobra. About to start some way overdue maintenance. Thanks in advance
Hi,

I was wondering if i could ask you some questions about the 04 Cobra comp orange vert you used to own. I have an opportunity to purchase it and i would love to get some history on the vehicle.
Good afternoon, I just joined/created my account to message you about the silver '04 Cobra you have for sale. Wanted to talk/message you with questions on here but I cannot figure out how. I'd love to get some more information on it.
Do you still have Car Show Display Stands for sale? I viewed your short clip on the stands that you said were being manufactured by Shelby American but I couldn't find any info there. Please respond
Hello,

I've seen your name come up several times on svt performance thread. I have an 03 cobra with 24k miles. I have a CAI JLt intake and everything else is stock. I purchased a few things: ARH 1 7/8, Bassani 3" catback and a 2.9L Whipple.

Can you please send me recommendations with upgrades for the vehicle.

Thank you.

I would recommend a Return Style Fuel System with proper injectors for your fuel type and power level, a Twin Disc Clutch w/26 spline input shaft, and some good sticky tires.

What injectors would you get? Should I upgrade the idlers?

If you stay with 93 Octane, then 60# or 80# injectors will work fine. If going E85, then ID1050X. Yes, always replace the stock idlers as they will fail. Metco makes the best ones.
Hey Bob, I ended up purchasing the 2.9L Whipple. What recommendations would give for cooling, idlers, and anything else for the Cobra?

Thank you.
Still looking for a roller?

I have a Clone terminator with 51k miles on the drivetrain with a t56/SRA, no title clean VIN.

GT frame with 04 cobra rebuild, would be a good project base.
Hey there. I'm up in Idaho. Going to look at a black 04' in Utah this weekend. I'd much rather have Sonic Blue. I've been working on financing this week. The most I can get a bank to loan me is about $25,000 depending on mileage. I know that's 5k off your asking price but I thought I'd throw it out there. Let me know, thanks !
Did you get a used kit or did you get a V3si from Vortech? I noticed you have the andersen power pipe, curious if your bypass valve connects to the aftercooler bung on the bottom side.

I got my blower for free from my mechanic uncle. So the blower is used, and I bought the rest of the parts from a hodgepodge of places, albeit all brand new. I use a blow-through system, so I use an un recirculated blow-off valve. It just connects to a pipe on its way to the throttle body, post intercooler. You ideally want your blow-off valve as close to the throttle body as possible, I believe.
