Saturday, August 20th 2005 This cruise will be a repeat of the Santa Barbara cruise we had back in mid February. That day it was rained out, we had almost 45 cars total that showed up at the meeting locations and even with the rain we still had over 35 of us hard core cruiser lovers running around in the rain. We will hopefully have just as good of a turnout as we did for the Hooters cruise we did back in May. The cruise will be split into three phases. For everyone from the Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego areas, we recommend that we meet up at location #1. All those from Ventura County and the valley it is best to meet up at location #2. And all of the SB guys can choose to meet up at spot #2 or somewhere in between. Time Line 8:00am – 8:45am: Meeting Location #1 is 400 S. Baldwin Ave. Arcadia, CA 91007 9:15am – 9:45am: Meeting Location #2 is 5422 Topanga Canyon Blvd. Woodland Hills, CA 91364 9:45am – 10:00am: Head on out to Santa Barbara Location #3 6950 Market Place Dr. Goleta, CA 93117 We will be eating at Chili’s Restaurant in Goleta. The address is 6950 Market Place Drive, Goleta, CA 93117. Thanks to Randy (mystifi) there will be 80 parking spots roped off for us. We will be in a huge parking lot, so as tempting as it may be, try not to do too many burnouts and NO donuts. The security will most likely report us, and we don’t want that. After lunch, we will leave it up to our Santa Barbara brethren. I have already contacted Randy (mystifi) about helping pick out a nice route to cruise. Randy helped us out last time we went to SB in February and we are sure he can pick another great route again. We do ask that you print out the directions that we posted here on this thread. We will have plain text version of the directions to hand out the day of the cruise. Mustang fans of all years as well as any other make and models are welcome to come, so bring out your Ford, Chrysler, GM and high end/exotic import buddies also. Everyone mark down August 20th on your calendars. Our goal is to have as many cars show up as our last cruise. At the May cruise we hit 98 cars at the first meeting location. We would love to reach the 100+ car mark. 1) Wallie40 (‘01 Cobra Coupe) 2) Edgars23 (’01 GT Coupe) 3) Joe S. (’03 Cobra Coupe) 4) Amber (’02 Lightning) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9) 10) Please Copy and paste the list into your thread to add yourself and do not delete anyone from the list unless it is yourself.
