It is a shame. Really nice guy. He photographed my brother's car for Hot Rod Magazine back in the early 2000's. That dude if full of automotive knowledge!
Thanks for bumping this up Sid. I don't know how I missed this thread. They have some pretty good covers here. I'll add one. I know not everyone is a Godsmack fan, but they did a really good job covering Come Together. Nothing beats the original though.
In high school, I had a friend that worked at Popeyes. He said they would batter up a washcloth and fry it with the chicken. When it was done it looked just like the rest of the chicken parts.
It was definitely Mustangs for me. I remember going to a Ford dealership in the early 70's with my dad to buy a new car and seeing all the Mustangs lined up. Mostly Mach 1's in all different colors. I begged him to get one but we rode out in a Pinto instead. Fast foward to the early 80's when...
I do not plan on swapping it. I am going to fix some issues with it and drive it a little and then sell it. It runs and drives really good. A little slow but good nonetheless.
I picked this up a couple of months ago. 67 Sport Sprint. Six cylinder automatic, A/C, P/S and P/B. Would not have been my first choice by I got a really good deal on it and it’s the first classic Mustang I have ever owned.
A good friend of mine had two of them. One was a street car that needed to be restored but was a running and driving car that he drove around all the time. The other was an NHRA Stock Eliminator car.
Absolutely! A couple of cinder blocks and a half rotten piece of plywood that would break after a few jumps and send someone flying over the handlebars.
