This is tough to read. Mom killed her 3 year old son then herself after texting her husband during their divorce. The article briefly touches on the bias of the court system.

The irony of his statement is ****ing hilarious

Love you comp but considering all the red flags you missed, you should probably just sit out of red flag conversations

Haven’t we all?

Just reading this thread… surely I’m not the only one that disregarded red flags

But sure

Here's a good one from a few weeks back:

4/2/2024 - My wife, my younger son and myself went to San Antonio in the evening. Our first stop was going to be Harbor Freight for a handheld steam cleaner. My wife was driving and we pulled into a parking spot. She went to put her Explorer into Park, and it either didn’t go into Park as expected or something else happened. The vehicle made a funny noise and jerked. She then put it into Park again. She then accused me of adjusting the shift knob and said it was my fault. I said I never touched it. She said it has never happened before and I must have done it since I was in the car. I asked our 13 year old son in the back seat if he saw me touch the shift knob, and he said no, that I did not touch it. She got all pissed off and said I was lying and being an a-hole. We went into Harbor Freight where she proceeded to continue yelling at me, making a scene. About 30 seconds later, she said she was going out to wait in her Explorer. I bought my items and my son and I went back to her car. My wife was on her phone, still mad.

For one.. San Antonio is a shit hole. We were there in December, an hour walking the river walk was all I needed. Everything else sucked.

Secondly, sounds like your wife is a lot like San Antonio.

What I just posted is about the least angry incident in the past few years. I've documented most of it I can remember with dates. I've also got some audio recordings from recently.

I've got some stuff that would truly make your blood boil with anger.

It really has gone downhill over the years.

Charles Barkley ….

At least there's a race track in Austin though!

Austin I think still wins in the food department as well

Houston beats Austin by a country mile overall in the food dept, its not even close. I have lived in both places…now strictly talking the best bbq joint, would have to give the nod to franklins bbq in the Austin area.

I like Houston.

Both are heads and shoulders above San Antonio.
